We constructed automated manufacturing line of side slide door for EJR231 with our original technology.

We have produced Toyota Corolla, etc. for 40 years, up to July, 2000. We came up with a possibility of automated door manufacturing process(commuters’ doors for East JR) through technology of production engineering, automation engineering and KAIZEN engineering we have cultivated in 40 year experience.

Our target is as follows.
1) Assembly man-hour reduction: 50%
    or above
2) Quality improvement and stabilization.
3) Improvement of handling ability
    for production variation.

And an example of implementation is the process shown left.

The process is our original and the first domestically introduced one, supposedly no similar sample exists out of Japan.
